We do not recommend this broker. Check out other binary options brokers!
DaltonFinance is a broker which promises to bring a lot of opportunities to its clients, but only in the number of accounts and its related features. However, when it comes to trading platform, customer support, banking and other important features, there is still a lot of room for improvement. On top of all that, DaltonFinance isn’t one of the best beginners-friendly brokers out there.

DaltonFinance Special Features
As we already mentioned, what stands out in DaltonFinance are the different account types. There are seven different ones which can bring traders bonuses, free signals, risk-free trades and different educational materials among other features.
The first account type, Starter package, is supposed to be an account for beginners. But, its minimum deposit of $1000 which is nowhere near the industry average. Based on that, DaltonFinance can’t be considered a newbie-friendly broker and can’t be suggested to traders who are just starting their binary options trading journey.
Starter package will bring traders a 20% bonus option. DaltonFinance has prepared an e-book that traders can use to learn about binary options. Great educational support for this account type includes daily market reviews and educational videos. On top of that, traders have an option to attend webinars as well.
Silver account, next one in this hierarchy, already demands a $5.000. It is already a much higher sum than the one needed for Starter package, but it won’t bring you much more features. With all the features from the previous account type included, Silver account brings you an additional risk-free trade available, 30% bonus and one academy session.
Minimum starting investment for Gold account is $10.000. Traders can use the 45% bonus and are awarded 3 risk-free trades and 3 training sessions. With all the educational features from previous account types included, like daily market reviews and live webinars, traders are also offered a dedicated broker.
Platinum account– it takes $25.000 to get it and traders will automatically be offered with a 60% bonus. They will also receive 5 risk-free trades, 5 training sessions and daily signals. Traders will also be awarded daily market reviews and a dedicated broker. Managed account will be offered and it will come with a special money management system. Same day withdrawals will also be included.
Diamond account is not made for the low budget traders. It will take no less than a $50.000 deposit to reach this account. However, traders who decide to make this move will be worthily awarded. On top of all the features from the less expensive account, this account has some other ones included. 10 risk-free trades, VIP academy membership and expedited withdrawals finalize a great offer for the Diamond account.
The most expensive account offered by DaltonFinance is the Royal account. It will take traders a $100.000 deposit to reach it. They will have a 50% bonus and insurance available. With all the benefits of already mentioned accounts, traders will also get a personal coach and an exotic vacation of their choice.
For special features traders can choose a Corporate account, but those details are only shared upon request.
Our opinion that DaltonFinance is not the most beginner-friendly broker out there, is further confirmed by the fact that there is no demo account available. It is much harder for newbies to get to know the platform and start trading without it being available.
DaltonFinance Trading Software
DaltonFinance uses a Panda TS which is probably not the first choice of most of the binary options traders, but still could provide a good trading experience.
Traders can choose between 5 trading options: High/Low, OneTouch, 60seconds, Boundary and OptionBuilder. It is possible to use the usual type of assets: Commodities, Currencies, Indices and Stocks on different expiry times going from 30 seconds, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, End of the day, End of the month.
DaltonFinance trading offers the Copy trading option. Traders get the opportunity to copy successful traders and their trading style.
The surprising thing and probably a big disadvantage in most traders eyes is the non-existence of mobile trading option. Today, when a lot of traders value their time and don’t like to be tied to one place, having a mobile trading option is necessary. There are icons for Android and iPhone trading available, which are not working, but it gives us hope that there will soon be a solution for this problem.
DaltonFinance Support Information
DaltonFinance does not have the greatest customer support you will find among binary options brokers. Usually, brokers have support in many different languages, but they only have it in English. That is certainly something that needs improvement if DaltonFinance wants to attract more traders.
Access to Educational Centre is only available once the account is made. This is another feature which isn’t the most beginners-friendly. Traders like to know more about the broker and what they offer before they give their personal info.
For more info traders can look up the FAQ which is not very detailed and only answers some basic questions.
To contact DaltonFinance customer support traders can use live chat, online form or email. The email address they can use is [email protected] . Contact is also available via phone. There are phone numbers for Australia, Canada, North America, UK, Hong Kong and Bahrain available.
DaltonFinance Banking and Company Information
DaltonFinance is not a regulated broker. It is owned by Riverrun Partners Limited. It is a new website and has been online since 2016.
Traders can open their account in 5 most usual currencies. It includes US Dollar (USD), British Pound (GBP), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Australian Dollar (AUD), and Euro (EUR). Once the traders choose the currency, they can not change their decision.
Banking options are also not the biggest advantage of this broker. DaltonFinance only offers Credit card and Bank Wire. Traders can choose between Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. If they choose BankWire, traders must know that the minimum deposit is $500. For all lower amounts, a $30 fee will be charged. There is mention of Neteller on the website which would be a very good addition, but no such option is really available. Also, the explanation for withdrawal fees is not clear enough so we suggest all traders to check the details with customer support before making any deposit.
Minimum deposit is $200 and minimum withdrawal amount is $30. Withdrawal usually takes 5-7 days, and traders account needs to be verified before the process starts.
DaltonFinance still has to do a lot of work on basic elements like availability, support and banking. Also, there needs to be more explanation on payment and withdrawal issues which are the most important issues as far as most traders are concerned.
